Inversion Table
I ordered an inversion table and it finally came yesterday. Thanks to UPS, it arrived safely without a scratch, etc! When I went home in November I tried out a friends table and I was sold. The table does an excellent job of reducing back stress by relieving pressure on vertebrae disks. It stimulates blood circulation to relieve stiff muscles and increases body flexibility. Many doctors recommend inversion as a way to solve back problems. The doctors have told me my back problem is permanent, but I'm NOT going to give up. This table takes pressure off my disks and gives me a good stretch and some relief from the excruciating pain. If anyone has back pain give me a call and we can "Hang Out".

I am so glad you found something that gives you some relief from the back pain and hope it continues to do so. I think it would make me dizzy, but dizziness is better than back pain and pressure. I'm glad you included pictures so we could really picture it.

My dad has one of those tables, and we just loved it growing up! I just may give you a call sometime and we can hang out :o)
oohhh! looks splendid. I do hope it helps you. And I think there may be a "small group" of us, that all want to come over and try 'hanging out'.
My friend has one of those, and I hear it works great. I may have to try it sometime since we live so far apart!! Hope you guys have a good Christmas are you going anywhere?
oh you'll be so glad you have this!! dad logan had a compressed disk and was going to a chiro every week and was told he needed back surgery and all - well he bought this and doesn't need surgery anymore!! worked wonders!!
